Hamp Scanner is a privately owned and operated page to provide information about Accidents and other incidents from in and around the Northampton Area. We try to provide information about, but not limited to, Northampton, Easthampton, Hatfield, Hadley, Westhampton, Williamsburg (and other hilltowns when able)and sometimes Amherst. We have no affiliation with any police or fire departments and do this as a public service in response to the string of fires that struck Northampton on December 26/27, 2009. We founded ourselves to provide critical information to the public regarding any risk to public safety and other needed information not readily available otherwise.
